WHAT is the FIRST 14 course?
The FIRST 14 course covers the FIRST 14 STEPS in a dōTERRA Business. Whether you are just starting out or revisiting the basics, these are the initial steps you would take when you are intenionally focused on learning the foundational tools used to GROW a successful dōTERRA business.
SHARING dōTERRA is NOT scary!
Maybe you are feeling a little unsure, nervous, hesitant or overwhelmed about the next 14 days. I’m here to tell you that it’s NOT scary. These are the steps you will take with you for the rest of your dōTERRA career! If you are ready, committed and capable, then the next 14 days are going to change how you view and do your business. It could help make your decision to step out at all.
Most people never learn the foundational work required to produce results. As a matter of fact, most people think it’s “super secret sauce,” “who you know,” “how many friends you have,” or that someone is “good at sales” to get to the top. Well, its NONE of that!

What I am going to show you over the course of the next 14 days is not a big deal. It’s actually a little deal! It’s simply daily actions executed with belief that actually get you somewhere.
This SIMPLE model executed daily, then duplicated over and over again through a growing team of people doing the exact same thing IS what will change you — and your business!

3 things to know to maximize your training
1. CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT TYPE TO WELLNESS ADVOCATE
Before you do this, we want to make sure you are enrolled on our team. If you have questions about this, please chat with your upline before changing your account.
If you are ready:
- Login to your dōTERRA back office and find the button that says, “become a wellness advocate.”
- Click that button and follow the quick steps – it’s free!
- You will now be set up to enroll people + earn commissions!
- In order to earn commissions, you will want to place a personal monthly order of 100pv (+) through the Loyalty Rewards Program. Though we recommend 125-150pv monthly to optimize the comp plan.

3. COMMIT TO USING & LEARNING ABOUT YOUR OILS:
