Valentine’s Day is a favorite holiday in our house because of the food!
It’s a Valentine’s Day tradition in our house that we make heart shaped pancakes and green eggs. Why green eggs, you ask? I can’t remember how it got started, but I think it had something to do with Green Eggs and Ham (but we didn’t have any ham)!
