Did you know that SPEARMINT is a confidence builder?  One drop on the roof of your mouth if you’re feeling nervous, or before a presentation…and you’ve totally got this!

You would know Spearmint because it’s frequently used in drinks, salads and deserts, but did you know that it has been used for centuries for its digestive benefits*?  doTERRA Spearmint oil is great for promoting digestion and helps reduce occasional stomach upset*.  I had mine handy after overindulging on Valentine’s Day dinner and chocolates! If you aren’t feeling fantastic after eating your favorite foods, then add 1-2 drops of Spearmint Oil to your water, drink and enjoy!

Check out some other practical things you can do with Spearmint Oil:

  • Add 4-5 drops to diffuser to clear the air or for respiratory support
  • Rub a few drops over abdomen for occasional upset tummy
  • Add 1 drop to roof of mouth to increase feelings of confidence and calm nerves
  • Cup hands over nose/mouth and inhale Spearmint deeply for increased focus and attention
  • Apply Spearmint to your toothbrush before brushing your teeth for fresh breath
